My Approach

I believe that installing healthy sleep habits make for healthy children. My methods accommodate different parenting styles that support parents in giving their child independent sleep skills. By ensuring a good routine is implemented into your child’s life following my simple but effective method you will sleep easily at last.

What to expect

  • Free 15 minute call to discuss yours and your child’s needs and too book your 60 minute consultation

  • A questionnaire to fill out prior to your consultation so I can get to know your child better

  • After our consultation I will write up a detailed plan for you! We will speak, email and message throughout the program and I will review the progress along the way and tweak if necessary

  • At the end of the program I will provide you with next steps including nap schedules as your child grows, travel tips etc
